Ongoing website support that keeps your NGO audit-ready, month to month.

A rolling monthly arrangement that covers all Webflow design and development, with a two to four day turnaround on tasks. For established NGOs that want their website to keep pace with their work rather than age between rebuilds.
What it is for
Most organisations do not need a website rebuilt once every few years and then left alone.
They need it maintained, extended, and kept accountable as programmes change, campaigns launch, and governance expectations shift. The Monthly Partnership exists for that. It treats your website as ongoing infrastructure, not a one-off project.
For a new site, the build itself is the first phase of the Partnership, delivered over the opening months. There is no separate project fee. After that, the same arrangement covers everything the site needs on a continuing basis.
What the partnership covers
Figma design & Webflow development
Figma design and Webflow development on the Lumos framework. Professional infrastructure your team can actually edit, built for accessibility, performance, and editorial safety.
Accessibility & compliance
WCAG AA in every component: screen-reader tested, keyboard navigable, and multilingual-ready. Non-negotiable for organisations serving vulnerable people.
CMS & content governance
Content architecture that mirrors how your organisation works, so your team publishes confidently without breaking layouts or accessibility.
Campaign & programme pages
Campaigns, programme launches, annual reports, and emergency appeals, designed and built to institutional standards and live in days.
Performance & credibility
Lighthouse scores above 90 across the board. Fast, accessible, and technically sound, because sophisticated donors notice when a site is not.
Search, AEO & AI citation
Structured so funders and journalists find you in search, and so AI answer engines such as ChatGPT and Perplexity can read and cite your site.
Integrations & embeds
Donation forms, CRM connections, and analytics wired in cleanly, so your tools work together without breaking the build.
Strategic support
Stakeholder navigation, governance reviews, and a monthly set of priorities. The strategic thinking that keeps the site aligned with institutional reality.
Not included: copywriting and content creation, photography and video, branding and logo design, third-party platform fees, and domain and hosting costs. I will always tell you plainly where these are needed.
Who Implementation is for
The Monthly Partnership is the default
A rolling monthly arrangement. The build is included as the first phase, and the relationship continues as your site evolves. It suits organisations that want flexibility and a predictable monthly cost without a fixed end date.
Implementation is a defined project
The scope is fixed, the timeline is fixed, and the price is agreed before work begins. It suits organisations that need certainty on all three, usually because a funder, a tender, or an internal process requires it.
If you are not sure which fits, the Blueprint Audit will make it clear. You do not need to decide before we talk.
How it works
Rolling, with 30 days' notice to pause or cancel and no penalty. Your Webflow site, content structure, and all assets remain yours. No minimum term, no lock-in.
Submit a brief
In plain language, in whatever form suits you. There is no template to learn.
I confirm and build
I confirm my approach, then work through requests one at a time to keep the quality high.
Delivered steadily
Small updates the same or next working day. Larger work progressively, with revisions until you are satisfied.
Monthly review
I share what has been done and what I would prioritise next. You approve, I execute.
Questions from NGO decision-makers
Common concerns I hear from Communications Directors and Executive Leadership about investing in institutional website infrastructure.
What can I request each month?
Any Webflow design or development work: new pages, campaign and programme pages, CMS changes, accessibility and performance improvements, and updates to existing pages. Work proceeds one deliverable at a time, in an order we agree.
How quickly is work turned around?
Small updates are usually same or next working day. New page builds typically take one to two working days. Larger work is delivered progressively, with steady output every two to four working days.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The Partnership is rolling with 30 days' notice to pause or cancel, and no penalty.
Can I use the Partnership for a full website rebuild?
Yes. For most organisations, the rebuild is the first phase of the Partnership, delivered over the opening months, with no separate project fee. If you instead need a defined project with a fixed scope and timeline, that is Implementation.
Do we need the Blueprint Audit first?
For a rebuild, yes, because the Audit establishes the governance and stakeholder picture the build works from. For an existing Webflow site that only needs ongoing support, the Partnership can start directly.
Start with a Blueprint Audit.
Every Implementation project begins with a Blueprint Audit, because that is where the scope and quote are established. It is £2,500, it stands alone, and the roadmap is yours whether or not you proceed to a project.
