How much does a new website cost?

The cost varies depending on the complexity of a project. Our packages range from $1,200 - $5,000+ for a standard 3-5 pages website. All our websites are custom built and is customized to your liking and business needs.

How long will it take to get a new website?

Typically, it takes us 4-6 weeks to design and build. We have a track record of fast turnaround rate, but it also depends on how fast we receive design assets (brand guideline, imagery, videos, fonts, etc.) and feedback from you.

What platform do you use to create websites?

Our favorite development platforms are Webflow and Editor X. We also provide web design and development services using Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify. If you are unsure, you can schedule a call with us to discuss which platform is the best fit for you.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

No. We work with clients from all around the world. Unless we have an appointment, our preferred communication method is via email.

Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?

Yes. We include training videos when we transfer the website to you, so will know how to make changes to the site content yourself.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Indeed. We incorporate the modern responsive design in our project. That means your website will be responsive across all devices including desktop, tablet, and mobile.

When do I pay?

We often ask for a 50% retainer before we get started. We usually work with 5-10 clients at a time, so it is important for us to put you down in our schedule. After 30 days, we will send you another invoice for the rest. Some projects we worked on in the past happened to drag on for months, and we are not in the position to be responsible for how long it takes you to get back to us.

How much input do I have in the process?

You will be invited to our Onboarding Process so that we can learn more about you and your business. After that, we will ask you to provide us with your design assets (if any) to help guide us with our design process. Please note that you are always in control and your input is very important to us.

Who writes the content for the site?

We often use Latin or filling text to help with the site content in our design process. We think it is best for you to write your own site content because you understand your business better than us. However, we do offer copywriting service at an additional cost.

How do I pay?

We accept wire transfer and PayPal

Do you offer a better rate for Creative Agency?

Yes. We offer White Labeling service to Creative Agency. It means, if you are a Creative Agency, you are free to add your own label on the website we created for you. You will also get our discounted rate for agency.

What if I need help on my site down the road?

We offer 12 months warranty on the websites we created. If you happen to receive any technical errors, we will help you rectify the issues free of charge. If you need to make minor design changes or anything unrelated to our warranty policy, we will bill you at our hourly rate of $48/h.

What is your web design and development process?

Web design and web development are two different process. We receive your information, then we sketch and wireframe your site on Figma or .PSD file. After getting your approval, we begin to develop your site on your platform of choice (Webflow, Editor X, Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify).
